Those were spurious "datasets". Our code now bypasses them.
- after having the window with dataset listing for Eurostat open:
then going back to the window with providers, changing to (say)
BCEAO, and clicking list datasets switches the focus to the
Eurostat window, but doesn't update it to BCEAO.
We now open a new window on a new request, and just focus an
existing window only if the request really matches.
- In the main toolbar the tooltip pop-up for the database icon has
always said "gretl database", perhaps this should be reformulated
now that it also points to dbnomics. Similar for the menu label
"gretl native".
The tooltip for the main-window toolbar database icon is now just
"databases".
"Now" means in git; revised snapshots will follow.
