Hi, not sure that I understand the question correctly, because this
message and option is always shown for function packages in the GUI. I
just executed your TVC package and saw it there as well. (After choosing
which of the two public functions I wanted to execute, but that's a
different matter. If you want to avoid that step, you'd have to declare
one function as GUI-main.)
