Please look under the Data menu for Compact data (which you can discuss
with other native speakers whether it is self-evident what it means, but
I have translated it into German as Lower the data frequency). You
should then get a choice window of how to perform the conversion.
From monthly to annual it may be necessary to have an intermediate
stopover at quarterly, don't remember right now.
