Hello all,
The FREQ command (menu driven or console or in script) "does not work"
with either cross-section or time series data.
I use gretl 2015e-git build 2015-12-14 (windows 7)
It does not bin the data. It counts every single observation.
Also, it ignores - at least - the options --nbins, --min --binwidth
Below an example from a simple script file
