Yes, as Henrique says, the equivalent of Ctrl+Click on Windows
and Linux is Command+Click on the Mac. (On OS X, Ctrl+Click is
supposed to produce the equivalent of right-click.)
To have this work, however, you'll need a fairly recent
snapshot of gretl for OS X. This issue was addressed in
July.
