[Gretl-users] Re: query regarding random effect tobit regression
Sir, I am using gretl-2018a with retobit 0.9 version. I have data of 30
academic institutions for ten years. In model specification, I am using
efficiency scores of academic institutions evaluated through DEA as
dependent variable and in regressors, I am using four different ratios i.e.
female ratio, ratio of professors to total teachers, student/ teacher ratio
and teaching staff/total teaching staff. In left bound , 0 is specified.
Quadrature points were 12 used and in verbosity, print estimates was
chosen. I have also tried to apply retobit on a hypothetical data sheet.
Again "Invalid option '--opg' appeared.

Hi, at this point you'd need to provide more information, since this
error message does not come from the retobit package, at least not
directly.
What gretl version are you using? What's the version of the installed
retobit package? How are you specifying your model, be as precise as
possible. If possible, share the dataset. And so on. If you've written a
script, please also share your code.
