In OSX programs: Command Click.
But Gretl is an X11 application (in OSX terms) and that
changes matters.
I tried to get Command-click working some time ago and failed,
but now I've had another go and it's working (on OS X 10.6 at
any rate). This is in CVS and the snapshots. Note that
Ctrl-click is used to emulate right-click on the Mac.
