Thanks for your offer. Since you're German (or German language native)
let me mention that I am the German translator of gretl, and I have
decided long ago that I only have the time to translate the program
interface, not the user guide(s) or the web page.
I'm not sure myself how much demand there is for a German translation of
those documents, but there are translators for other languages out there
who have done that. So in principle this could be a (substantial) task.
