For years now the code has been in a git repo, not subversion (svn)
anymore. So I would guess that that is the problem. (In principle it
could be that svn access also still works, don't know.)
Oh, thank you Sven. That's good to know. So, I'll need to get documented
on that and learn how it works... Btw, do I still need a login and
password to access gretl po files?
The po files should be openly available for download here:
https://sourceforge.net/p/gretl/git/ci/master/tree/po/
(Or of course you could clone the git repo, "clone" being the git jargon.)
But you cannot upload them without write permissions. Either Allin would
enable the permissions for the po files, or you could just send the
edited files to us by email and we commit and push them.
