Allin, there's no question of printing the manual in bulk. There are plenty of
print-on-demand services such as
lulu.com, createspace (Amazon's Self-Publishing
service) and mybestseller.co.uk (or .com). I tried
lulu.com first but found issues with
their web site, so I used mybestseller.co.uk. I uploaded the pdf and created a paperback
(cut down to around 400 pages - I excluded the appendices) which cost £13.98 including
postage, not bad. The process is very easy and only took about 10 minutes. You can choose
to publish which entails buying ISBN in which case the book will be distributed on Amazon
and other outlets, or just purchase for your own use (print only).
