[Gretl-users] functions on Gretl server: trivial suggestion

Given that the issue of the functions available on the server is currently debated I add a (very) trivial suggestion that may add some usability at zero cost. Since the number of functions available is growing, and will hopefully grow even more rapidly, it would be useful to set the standard of describing them with a phrase starting with one or two relevant keywords.
