The instructions that create the plt file are in C, see
https://sourceforge.net/p/gretl/git/ci/master/tree/lib/src/boxplots.c
but I don't see why this should be relevant, once you've got the plt file
as a template writing the hansl commands to reproduce it shouldn't be that
difficult.
