See
http://gretl.sourceforge.net/win32/ -- the snapshots are named
gretl_install.exe and gretl_install-64.exe; they're updated not quite
daily but pretty often.
Re your 2nd question, I added screenshots of the two dialogues. I
hope they don't get lost through the list. Otherwise, I will mail to
you directly. Interestingly, now they appeared "before" the main
window, so I had no difficulties pinning them down. If I can
reproduce the pop-up "behind", I'll send you the way I did it.
Thanks. I know there's sometimes a problem with the "z-order" of
windows with GTK on MS Windows, but I haven't seen those particular
dialogs going behind the main window.

OK, I see what you mean. The snarl-up here is specific to plotting
dated daily data on 64-bit Windows -- it's to do with a recent
change in the way gnuplot represents daily dates internally. That's
now fixed in CVS and snapshots.
