IMHO, this internationalization case (using , instead of .) has caused too
many bugs and thus it should be abandoned: Always require the use of .
instead of ,

Thanks! All is clear now: it's an internationalization bug: we
should be printing '.', not ',', in "722,922". I'll fix
that
later today.
