The International financial statistics database of the International Monetary Fund does have what you want including interest rates, monetary data and exchange rates if you want them. The problem is that it is not free. Many universities, central banks and large organisations have access. I think that there was a trial version but this may not be available any longer. A subset of their data is gathered twice a year and made available online in the IMF World Economic Outlook.
