Hi,
I hadn't noticed that 1.6.2 was already released, well many thanks for that!
And with a fresh cvs build I now finally also managed to upload a
function package to the gretl server, everything worked nicely.
So py4gretl_vecm is now online, and if it works more or less as expected
for other users, I will upload the other three related packages soon.
Nevertheless, please don't forget that this is beta quality software at
best.

Not really. I have bumped up the version number in CVS in
preparation for the release, and I probably would have released by
now, but I've had an ongoing family emergency for the last week or
so which has held things back. Sorry for any confusion. One
thing I still need to do is build a new OS X package.

things back. Sorry for any confusion.
I'm sorry to hear that; in any case, you don't need to apologize in any
way... I think gretl has been coming along very well lately and
continues to impress me.

Argh! I hadn't noticed that. I fixed a broken link on the main
gretl page, and since I had already adjusted the CVS version
number, the HTML auto-updater auto-updated! I've put this back
to 1.6.1 now.
