I'm still getting replies from sourceforge about an old bug report
(gretl-Bugs-1929957) which is now closed and fixed. These replies
contain only spam messages. Does that happen to anyone else? What can
be done to solve the issue?

I presume that the replies are submitted as "anonymous", not as
logged-in sourceforge users. Maybe it becomes necessary to disallow
postings without being logged in?

Hmm, maybe so. Personally, I haven't been troubled by spam from
the SF bug-tracking system but maybe that's just because I've
never myself initiated a bug report ;-)

Yes anonymous.
Ok, personally I have submitted bug reports but have not received any
spam so far, so I would like to ask you for more patience (just for a
couple of days or so). If you keep getting spam from the sourceforge
tracker, please say so again on this list and I guess we'll disable
anonymous postings.
BTW, what tracker items are affected?
