I'm in lot of troubles installing gretl on a Suse 10.0 x64

missing lapack, and I can't install lapack for missing Fortrain

I've found that the Fedora Core source RPM for lapack works pretty
nicely (although I'm not running FC myself). I've downloaded this,
built myself a binary rpm, then installed it. Of course, this does
require a fortran compiler.
If you like, I can make a binary lapack rpm available, but it'll be
32-bit.
