I updated the 64-bit Windows snapshot today and it won't run
on my Windows 8 installation (none of the programs, gretl.exe,
gretlcli.exe, wgnuplot.exe). There's some weird "unresolved import"
issue that I haven't managed to figure out yet.
However, if anyone is handy at debugging this sort of thing on
Windows, that would be very helpful!

Supposing you refer to gretl_install-64.exe, I'd just installed it.
Each of the 3 programs works fine ...

Supposing you refer to gretl_install-64.exe, I'd just installed it.
Each of the 3 programs works fine ...

Thanks for the report.
As for the programs running, I managed to fix that last night, after I
sent the "Avoid!" message.
But I see what you mean about the icons: all the "GTK stock" ones are
missing, only the gretl-specific ones are present. This seems to be
fallout from a disastrous update from gtk 2.24.23 to 2.24.24 (which
sounded innocuous enough). I'm still working to get back to where I was
:-/

Yes, Allin, icons appear now and
it seems all works OK when estimating
models, testing hypothesis, plotting variables, ...
Sorry, but only one minor thing.
When reviewing some of the four Help PDFs, Adobe launches OK but after
some seconds it shows a configuration error message suggesting
reinstalling Adobe again.
(Opening the file directly in ...\AppData\Roaming\gretl\doc, it works fine).
I wish it only happens in my PC.
