I'd downloaded and installed the last Gretl snapshot (2009-12-04)

2009-12-01 snapshot. Does any Mac user experienced this same behaviour?
I'm not sure what's happening there, but access to the OS X
snapshots raises an issue I've been meaning to mention.
Translation of the gretl web pages into various languages is a
very nice feature, but it can become a problem if these pages are
not kept reasonably up to date. On a quick inspection, all of the
translations of the gretl/OS X page lag the English page
substantially, and contain no mention of the snapshots.
Recall, the English template files are in
src/doc/website/template
in the gretl source tree (and under
http://gretl.cvs.sourceforge.net/gretl/gretl/ )
You can arrange to get email notification of updates to CVS if you
wish. I can't remember how to do that offhand, but Cri Rigamonti
has that in place. But it should enough to take a look at the
template file every couple of months or so, they typically don't
change very often.
