There's no "undo" in the gretl GUI other than undoing changes in text in editable windows such as the script editor. There is, however, a datafile-backup mechanism: if you overwrite an existing datafile, the prior version is saved with "~" appended. So if you don't like changes you made to a datafile you can delete the new version, rename the backup by removing the "~", and revert to the prior version.
