Hello all,
Today I tried to share Gretl with Zoom in my class.
Gratl was very slow, sluggish and generally misbehaving.
It wouldn't even insert variables in the regression window using the arrow
below.

When I started sharing my presentation and using Gretl at the same time it
was working better but still very slow in menus etc.
It got a bit better when I shared my whole screen. Nonetheless, it was far
from its normal behavior.
Once I closed Zoom it worked perfectly.
Any ideas?

How is the computer in question equipped for CPU and RAM? It sounds
as if gretl is struggling because Zoom is hogging the available
resources.

Although the phenomenon described above sounds very similar to the
problem with Webex that was reported the other day.
(BTW, which Gretl version is that?)
