like "not enough memory for this command" (when exiting gretl). Don't
know if it actually does something bad.
It would be great if this could be addressed right away, not waiting for
1.6.4. Since I guess this is windows-only, maybe make something like
1.6.3-1? Or is it ok to have another release just for that?
(Or is it again the misleading website and 1.6.3 hasn't been released yet?)
