Not many people are building on Windows, and it's not trivial it seems.
Much less so in 64bit, I imagine. So if it's urgent for you, maybe it's
better to think about a different route. For example, running Ubuntu
Linux in a virtual machine with VirtualBox or VMWare Player, and using
gretl on Linux in that VM.
But isn't it possible to run a 32bit application on 64bit Windows?
