Sorry folks, there were quite a few things wrong with the 1.6.3
build for Windows, related to a late (and not sufficiently tested)
change to gretl's handling of the Windows registry. I will put
out 1.6.4 soon (after a bit more testing, probably tomorrow). In
the meantime there's a new snapshot at the usual place:

I think this should fix the language issue, syntax highlighting,
and the things mentioned by Artur.
