The facility whereby a function package can offer to attach itself to a
menu is a relatively recent thing, and at this point not all packages make
use of it.
You can find all installed packages under /Files/Function files/On local
machine (though we may be about to move that to /Tools as per your
suggestion), and also via the "fx" button on the gretl toolbar.
