Federico,
a gretl wiki used to exist. We shut it down after a while because
nobody could be bothered with the admin tasks and had become little
more than a receptacle that unknown people used for distributing
clandestine material.
I've spoken to our IT guy, who manage to resurrect the old VM we used
for the purpose. If you agree to be in charge of the administration, I
think this would be a nice thing to have. (IIRC, Ekkehart had also
expressed interest.)
