Hi, there's now a proposed version update of the package at:
http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/gretl/staging_fnfiles/StrucBreak.zip
To test this, I think it should work to run (untested):
pkg install http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/gretl/staging_fnfiles/StrucBreak.zip
Or you could wait until it is moderated and approved, and then update it
in the usual way from the package list window.
