get_system_forecast(...)
Things like get_system_forecast(), from the gretl API docs, are not
commands or functions available within the gretl program, they are
interfaces available to people who are creating C programs linked
against libgretl.
Unless you're a C programmer, disregard the API docs. You should
look at the command reference and function reference available
via the Help menu in gretl (or in the PDF manuals).
