Not sure without some more detail, but keep in mind that collection
of plots in a single window is done only if (a) the plots are
generated in quick succession (within 1.25 seconds of each other),
or (b) you specify a more inclusive condition via the command
set plot_collection on
Also look under /Tools/Preferences/general for "Enable collecting
plots": if that option is not checked no plot collection will be
performed.
