Well, basically the same as a user-build on Linux. Use the package manager to install the dependencies, then compile gretl from source. See https://www.ibiblio.org/pub/packages/solaris/sparc/ for one source of relevant packages. To my knowledge none of the gretl developers have access to a Solaris system so we can't be much more specific.
