First, I was wrong. Changing the sample range doesn't help. Perhaps I
clicked the wrong var the second time.
Second, I use a file editor to look at the 6 files in
\Application Data\gretl\tramo\graph\series
...they have nobs (number observations) equal to 190; should be 196.
The reason the program cannot append the sername.txt file to my csv
file is that the column lengths are not the same.
