It's somewhat working. Now the default behaviour is equivalent to setting force_decpoint as default, which is fine, I think. As you'll see below I set that setting to off and it still interpreted the dot as the decimal separator. Now, if the comma was intended to work as the decimal separator, it still doesn't work.
