Addendum: If I select Sample > Drop observations with missing values, I get
the message "No observations would be left" which is not the case (i.e.
deleting cases listwise would not result in an empty sample).
I realize this may be a different issue.

Trying to run a Poisson regression of count data vs a number of

Is it possible to instruct gretl to just ignore cases with missing values
listwise?
If not, this is super annoying. I may be missing something.
