shows the "activity percentile of the last week" (now: 99.30).

Brief comment: the "headline" SF activity percentiles can be a bit
misleading in relation to gretl, since I'm not encouraging the use
of the SF Forums or Tracker apparatus. (I find the format of this
off-Sourceforge Mailman list easier to use.) The SF activity stats
factor in Forum and Tracker activity, but not this list, so they
understate the volume of gretl activity.
