Allin, I think the latest snapshot has some unintended fallout: On my German
system and with the language setting set to "Automatic" as usual, gretl now
starts up in English.
Oof, I see what's wrong. Tweaking program initialization on Windows
I got one element out of order. That's now fixed in git and
snapshots will follow shortly.
