These are clever suggestions. I think they'd make life
over-complicated, but do others have any thoughts?
At the risk of sounding like a nazi, I'll reiterate: as far as I'm
concerned, locale-dependent decimal separators can be dumped altogether.
I cannot imagine a situation where a user can significantly benefit from
them.
