Not that we (gretl developers) know of. The means of installing the
latest gretl version are at present limited to:
* A self-installer exe or zip file on MS windows
* A pkg file on macOS (intel or arm64)
* Debian or Fedora packages on Linux
* Build from source (straightforward on Linux; documented procedure
for Windows; not really supported for macOS)
