I have tried my best to find out ARDL estimation using Gretl but I couldn't
do so. Is there any method available for this purpose. Please let me know
if it could be used for time series analysis.

gretl is built using OpenMP, but is linked against
OpenBLAS parallelized via pthreads. This combination
of threading mechanisms is not recommended. Ideally,
OpenBLAS should also use OpenMP.
Configure options used (as always)
./configure --enable-openmp --enable-build-doc --enable-build-addons
--with-odbc
