You browse the CVS in gretl/po/ and look the LINGUAS file for the
current languages codes.
The files with the translations are "countrycode.po". There are some
obsolete translations like tr, rw, ja and eu (this is based in the size
of the binary resulting translations .gmo files).
You can just do the .po translation file or have the complete CVS tree.
But Allin and Jack are the top responsible for the development (and
preparing the project files).
If it is a totally new .po file, then be prepared for around 3000 lines
to translate.
