I have just today -- with the help of Jack Lucchetti -- squashed a
gretl bug which, I believe, may be responsible for the inconsistent
behaviour you were seeing. The fix is committed to gretl CVS and
tomorrow (Thursday Nov 3) I will build and put in place a Windows
snapshot with the fix.
If you could test your script using the new build and report the
results, I'd be very grateful.
