You seem to have done all things correctly.
I can see at line 95 of make_install_output:
libtool: warning: '../lib/libgretl-1.0.la' has not been installed in
'/usr/local/lib'
Why it happened, I don't know. If you want, you may copy the file manually
and try again. (but this is a workaround)
