Thanks. I have replaced the installer, both at sourceforge and at
http://ricardo.ecn.wfu.edu/pub/gretl/gretl_install.exe
I think this should fix the issue. The error (or non-error) that
people were seeing on exit was (I believe) related to permissions
for writing to the Windows registry.
Just to confirm, I have downloaded and installed the new gretl 1.6.3 from
sourceforge, and the error message has disappeared.
