Done, it's online now.
I'm not sure if the menu location is updated automatically when you
install this latest package version over an existing one. Perhaps users
need to manually trigger the menu addition again. (Open the window with
installed function packages [File/FUnction packaged/on local machine]
and right-click on felogit and choose "add to menu".)
