Both the old YYYY-MM-DD format and the DD-MM-YY which I sent you this
morning work in open document import. I have a habit of using
YYYY-MM-DD as at some stage it appeared to be more consistent in R
when read in R in cvs format. Looking at the latest windows snapshot
the DD-MM-YY format appears to work while the YYYY-MM-DD does not.

Ah, I think this differs from the previous example in the
date-order. I haven't had time to test on Windows but I think
today's snapshot should fix this.
