Updating the lecture notes, I noticed that gretl gnuplot graphs always
use dot as the decimal sign even though I have "use locale setting for
decimal sign" checked (both in windows xp and linux). I was able to
fix this manually by inserting the command (set decimal ",") into the
gnuplot file but I wonder if this could be made automatic.
