Hello Raul, I am not really an expert in Gretl. One thing that comes to my mind is, are your variables of equal length? If not, Gretl automatically selects an adequate sub sample period. Furthermore, I guess it would be helpful to explain your dataset and problem in more detail. Then I am sure, the real experts are able to help you. When I estimate the model with OLS the estimation is done for a subset of the full range of data. Despite the fact that I tell gretl to take the full range through the menu "Sample" the estimation is always done with a subset of the data available.I've been doing it a couple of time and I always get the estimation for the same subset of data.
