Thanks very much for the update.
I have just tested on my Intel Mac.
Unfortunately it seems to make no difference. The text is still blurry, about the same as
before.

There's now an update in https://sourceforge.net/projects/gretl/files/snapshots/
I'm not able to test it myself on an Intel Mac running tahoe.
