Sorry about that: it's fixed in CVS. This was a side-effect of
introducing a new option-handling system, with mnemonic option strings
such as "--autocorr" and "--vcv" as alternatives to short forms such
as "-o", "-m" and so on. I intended to preserve backward
compatibility, but it broke in this instance.
