Dear gretl developers, Here's attached a crash report on the 2021a version. The crash occurred on closing the 'icon view" window with some other gretl windows being also active (console, script output, function editor). Hope it helps! Best, Artur

Thanks, Artur, I'm looking into it. Meanwhile, if you could add any more detail that would be helpful -- e.g., what was in the icon view window, and were any of the items shown there "popped open" in their own windows? Allin

Dear Allin! The icon view window content was: - a bundle, as a result of a personal function (that I'm testing) - 3 matrices retrived from the bundle And, though not quite sure, I think that a matrix was edited in its own window. Otherwise, I was mainly using the console and sometimes getting back to the function code for some adjustments. I also was editing the help text for the function...and probably its window was also open. Artur

I'm not able to reproduce the crash. However, we fixed something just recently that might be relevant and I've now made some additional "safety first" changes. Coould you try the current snapshot and see if the problem is still there? Thanks. Allin
